Letter, December 22, 1920, New York City [to] Mr. [Edwin] Markham, [Staten Island, New York] / Wm. Griffith. 1918.

Will leave it to wife to send a "cheap" Christmas card but he himself sends an expensive poem. Makes a comment that he needs glasses to see the truth but it seems that Markham does not need them. Got a letter from his mother Mrs. Matthes G. Reynolds who would be delighted to put up Mr. Markham in St. Louis. Wants to know when he is bound to go there.

2 p. on 1 leaf ; 21-28 cm.
